CJC-1295 No DAC Research Overview
CJC-1295 No DAC is a synthetic peptide intended for laboratory research involving growth hormone-releasing hormone pathways. It is commonly distinguished from CJC-1295 with DAC by the absence of the Drug Affinity Complex used to extend the circulating duration of the DAC-modified compound.
Published research directly evaluating the No DAC form is limited. The CJC-1295 studies referenced below primarily concern long-acting CJC-1295 with DAC and should be treated as related background research rather than direct evidence for this product.

Growth Hormone and IGF-1 Signaling
CJC-1295 has been investigated for its interaction with growth hormone and IGF-1 signaling. A controlled study evaluated the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of long-acting CJC-1295 in healthy adults, including measured changes in circulating GH and IGF-1 concentrations.[1]
Because the compound studied incorporated DAC, its results should not be presented as directly demonstrating the behavior of CJC-1295 No DAC.
Biomarker Research
Researchers have also examined changes in serum protein profiles following activation of the GH/IGF-1 axis by long-acting CJC-1295.[2] This work concerned exploratory biomarkers and did not evaluate muscle development, fat reduction, athletic performance, injury recovery, or other clinical outcomes.
Formulation and Duration of Activity
Removing the Drug Affinity Complex changes the formulation being investigated. Findings involving the extended pharmacokinetic profile of CJC-1295 with DAC cannot automatically be applied to the No DAC form.
Research involving the identity, stability, purity, and behavior of the specific No DAC formulation therefore requires separate analytical consideration.
Online-Use Research
A qualitative netnographic study examined how CJC-1295 was discussed by users on online forums.[3] The paper documented motivations, reported experiences, patterns of use, and concerns found in forum discussions.
It was not a controlled clinical or laboratory study and does not provide evidence that CJC-1295 produces muscle growth, fat reduction, tissue repair, improved recovery, or anti-aging effects.
