REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Real Clear Biogenix accepts returns and issues refunds. Due to the nature of our research-grade products, our policy is more restrictive than a typical retail return policy. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

Because our products are research-grade compounds with strict handling and storage requirements, we do not accept returns on opened or used items under any circumstances. Once a vial has been opened, its integrity cannot be verified and it cannot be returned or resold.

All sales are considered final unless one of the qualifying conditions described in this policy applies to your order.

2. Eligible Returns — Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products in their original, unaltered packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original packaging with the seal intact
  • The product has been stored under proper conditions (refrigerated, away from light and moisture) since delivery
  • You have contacted our support team and received a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back
  • The return is shipped using a trackable shipping method at the customer’s expense

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or that we reasonably believe have been mishandled.

3. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives physically damaged, we will replace the affected items or issue a full refund at our discretion. To qualify:

  • Contact us at support@realclearbiogenix.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the affected product(s)
  • Do not discard the original packaging until your claim has been resolved

Claims submitted after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong peptide, wrong size, or wrong quantity), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s) received. We will ship the correct product at no additional charge or issue a full refund, at your preference.

5. Lost Shipments

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier after a trace investigation, we will reship your order or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days from the expected delivery date before initiating a lost shipment claim, as carrier delays can sometimes extend transit times.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. In those cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim with them. We will assist where we can, but Real Clear Biogenix does not issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.

6. Products That Do Not Meet Specifications

If you have reason to believe a product does not match its labeled purity or identity specifications, please contact us with your order number, batch number (found on the vial label), and a description of the discrepancy. We take quality concerns seriously and will investigate with our third-party testing laboratory. If a product is confirmed to be out of specification, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

7. Non-Qualifying Situations

Refunds and returns will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Opened or used products for any reason other than those listed above
  • Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery
  • Change of mind or ordering errors made by the customer
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Claims submitted outside the applicable time windows
  • Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier

8. How to Request a Return or Refund

All return and refund requests must be initiated through our support team. Do not ship anything back without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

To begin a request:

  • Email us at support@realclearbiogenix.com
  • Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
  • Attach any relevant photos if your request involves damaged or incorrect products

We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days.

9. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction.

We will send a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

10. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@realclearbiogenix.com. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once an order enters fulfillment. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

Orders successfully cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
